What is the venue payment structure?

Step 1: Secure the Date with a Booking Deposit

A $500 Booking Deposit secures your event date. It is non refundable if you cancel. This deposit becomes the Damage Deposit on the date of the event. The Damage Deposit will be refunded within 30 days following the event date, given no damages or additional fees/expenses.

Step 2: Event Venue Fee

 

Half of the rental fee is due 120 days prior to the wedding date; the balance 30 days prior. The rental fee is specified in your contract and becomes non-refundable 30 days prior to the event.
